Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) are among the most promising new cancer medicines. But before clinical trials, it is still hard to predict how they will act in patients. VANTAGE develops a human, vascularised tumor-on-chip that shows, in one system, how an ADC affects the primary tumor, metastasized tumor, and the vessels around them.

Our goal is a standardised test method that drug developers and regulators can trust.
